When Will I Be Billed

Monthly subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month.

Prepaid subscriptions renew at the end of their 6- or 12-month term.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship between the 5th–10th of each month.

When is the order cutoff?

To receive the upcoming month’s box, you must subscribe by 11:59 PM on the 20th.

Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the following month’s box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription anytime before 11:59 PM on the 20th to avoid billing for the upcoming cycle.

Prepaid subscriptions stop future renewals but do not refund boxes already processed for the current term.
