Subscription Terms & Changes

Order Cutoff: To receive the next month’s Ever After box, place your subscription order by 11:59 PM on the 20th (local time). Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the following month’s box.

Billing: Monthly subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month. Prepaid subscriptions renew at the end of their term (every 6 or 12 months).

Shipping: Boxes ship between the 5th–10th of each month.

Cancellations & Pauses

You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before 11:59 PM on the 20th to prevent billing for the upcoming cycle. Changes made after the 20th apply to the next billing cycle.

Address Changes

Please update your shipping address before 11:59 PM on the 20th to ensure your box is delivered correctly.

Prepaid Plans

Prepaid plans are billed in full at checkout. Canceling a prepaid plan stops future renewals, but does not refund boxes already processed/fulfilled for the current term.
